Random Romance Fact

According to Harris Interactive’s online survey of more than 10,000 people who married in the U.S. around 2006/2007, 19% met online. That’s compared to 17% who met at work and only 17% who met through friends. In another survey, 31% of married couples aged 45-54 met online, compared to only 18% of 20-44 year olds. In other words, if you use the Internet, and you get married at all, odds that it’s somebody you met online are close to 1 in 5. If you’re over 44, it’s close to 1 in 3!

Another thing is, is that like in EVERY online community you can find your significant other. Like Digg.com, answerbag, whatever! Doesn’t matter on what the site is, or the community. What they don’t want you to think is, is that you don’t have to go on those fancy sites like eharmony, match.com or whatever. You can go on pretty much any community! What can narrow your search down significantly is to find a community that interests YOU, and then go from there. It isn’t neccesarrily hard or anything, but it does take time still as with any relationship findings.
